 The Superior LTC  Managed Services Program allows fee-only financial advisors to address the issue of long-term care planning without having to become an expert themselves or referring their clients to an insurance agent focused on selling a product.

The MSP program offers you a choice of 3 different service levels:

 1. Classic

  • Educate all firm advisors on how to address issue of LTC Planning
  • Complementary copies of  5 Steps to Understanding Long-Term Care booklet
  • Online Webinar for clients educating them about LTC Planning and about the  MSP services available to them as your clients
  • Unlimited “Closing the Gap” consultations for your clients
  • Creation of LTC Plan
  • Documentation, distribution, and archiving of plan
  • Policy audits on coverage your clients have
  • Evaluation of group or other LTC coverage being offered to your client
  • Annual review of LTC Plan
  • Assistance with LTC insurance claims       

      

2. Comprehensive:  Includes all of the services in the Classic level PLUS:

  • Online access to “Closing the Gap” assessment tool for both advisors and clients
  • Advise on Medicare and Medigap coverage
  • Unlimited supply of our book: How to Plan for Long-Term Care

       

3. Premier: Includes all the services in the Classic and Comprehensive levels PLUS:

     

    The annual fee charged for each service level is determined on a case by case basis. As a general guideline, annual fees range from about $2,000 to $10,000 or more, depending on the size and needs of the firm.

     Fees can be paid annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.

    Not every financial planning firm will qualify to offer the Superior LTC Managed Services Program. The first step is an initial consultation to ensure that our practices and philosophies  are compatible. If we agree to work with your firm,  an agreement will be executed outlining the service level chosen, the annual fee, and any additional objectives you wish to obtain through utilization of the MSP program.
